We recently moved out of Waterford Place after purchasing a home, but really enjoyed our experience there. I have lived in several different apartment complexes in the Boro area, and this one was by far my favorite. The pool and grounds are clean and well kept and the apartments are spacious and beautiful. The office staff was always accommodating and courteous and bent over backwards to respond to maintenance requests. Any noise disturbances, of which there were few, were also addressed in a timely manner.

I have only lived here for a few months. We moved here from Texas withmy hubby's job. We looked around and finally decided on here. A lot factored in, location to my husband's new job, the look of the apartment, the office people, and the price. As I said, we have only been here about 4 months but we like it!! We plan on staying another year or so until we buy a house. I have only had 1 issue in my apartment and the handyman came to fix it. My parents are thinking about moving up here and they are probably going to live here for a short time. We are very happy.

Hello. I just wanted to let you guys know how much I enjoyed living at Waterford Place. I lived there for two years and I can't think of any complaits. I've lived at a lot of apartment complexes in Murfressboro and this one is the best, by far! If it wasn't so far from my work, I wouldn'd have moved. So thank you! You guys are awesome.
